Fall 2024 Preseason

Oilers Preseason Training with Johnson Pro Hockey, lead by Tyler Johnson

On ice: Each level will receive two sessions a week ( 1 hour per session) for three full weeks. This will give attendees 6 total hours of training prior to the start of the season/ tryouts. These sessions will focus on specific age related training, getting players back up to speed who have been off the ice all summer and hyper focus on being tryout ready for the age levels that will be holding tryouts. These sessions will be broken down as such: 15 minutes of power skating/ goalie time, 35 minutes of drills and 10 minutes of small area games.
